Customer Service is the prime marketing strategy at DETEK. Technical expertise is readily available from well trained and experience personnel with over 90 cumulative years of NDT background. By coupling our broad product range with competent sales engineering experience, we are able to properly analyze customer applications. This allows us to recommend the best NDT method of solving the customer's application and to provide optimum product selection. Customer requirements can be quickly met with our substantial local and supplier inventories. 

Customer training can be provided through many means from formal classroom training by the manufacturers and certified consultants we are associated with. Our field sales personnel are also well versed, experienced in the products we sell and are able to assist customers in basic familiarization and application development. 

DigiAlogue Service Center, LLC., formerly known as DETEK Service Center, in Lynchburg, VA, supports all ultrasonic, bond testing and eddy current equipment we sell. It is staffed by a full time technician who has over 25 years’ experience with DETEK in repair, maintenance and calibration of the equipment. Only high-end-performance test and measurement equipment is used. This allows for more sophisticated analysis and results in more accurate calibrations. Also available is board-level, component repair for the rework of BGA/QFN integrated circuits and re-balling. The facility complies with ANSI/NCSL Z540.3:2006 (Sub Clause 5.3 excepted) and ISO/IEC 17025:2005, identifies all NIST traceable test/ measurement equipment and standards used for performing calibrations and repairs. The QA manual and program has been audited by several major customers in both the nuclear and aerospace fields. These audits confirmed our compliance with their requirements. Records of all instruments serviced are maintained in a database and annual calibration reminders are sent to the customer.  

DETEK also offers a complete field service and maintenance capability on our X-Ray product lines. This includes installation, repair and preventive maintenance contracts on automatic x-ray film processors. Our field service personnel are factory trained. Our technician has been factory trained on GEIT X-ray products and has many years experience with other product lines.
