readily available from well trained internal and field personnel.
Timely delivery is assured by substantial local stocking. By
coupling a broad product range with competent sales engineering, we
are able to properly analyze customer applications and recommend not
only the best method for solving the application but also provide
the optimum product selection. Customer training is available to
meet individual requirements. In order to provide complete solutions
to customers who wish to utilize the benefits of interfacing
computers with the microprocessors contained in many of the current
NDT instruments; the company has established itself as a VAR (Value
Added Reseller) with many of the major computer manufacturers and
distributors.
A complete
repair facility supports all ultrasonic, bond testing and eddy
current equipment sold. It is staffed by a full-time technician with
over 16 years experience. The facility complies with requirements of
ASME B & PV Code, Section XI, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, ANSI N45.2,
ANSI/ANSE NQA-1, 10 CFR 21 and MIL-STD-45662A. ISO Guide 25 approval
is in progress. A Quality Assurance Procedure Manual is incorporated
to insure a high standard for quality workmanship. DETEK is
recognized as a factory authorized service facility by many of the
manufacturers we represent. A computerized history of all
calibration and repair is maintained for each instrument serviced. |
